The Stage 1 Airflow Pack pairs the two highest-leverage GT40Marine upgrades for Sea-Doo's 1630 ACE platform - the Open Loop Cooling Kit and the Ribbon Delete Kit - in one bundle at a discount vs. buying them standalone.

Together they unlock the platform's airflow and thermal ceilings: the OLC kit drops engine operating temperatures by routing cool external water through the system, eliminating heat soak that limits sustained power. The Ribbon Delete kit eliminates the OEM intake restrictor that bottlenecks the supercharger inlet, opening up boost-stage headroom and sharpening throttle response.
