The factory closed-loop cooling system on Sea-Doo's 1630 ACE platform was designed for casual cruising - not for the kind of riding that burns through 5-gallons-an-hour and pushes the engine into the heat-soak zone within minutes. GT40Marine's Sea-Doo Open Loop Cooling Kit converts your closed-loop system to a continuous-flow open-loop pulling cool water straight off the bottom of the hull. Engine operating temperatures drop, sustained-load power stays consistent, and the heat-soak ceiling that limits boost-stage builds disappears.
The integrated adjustable flow regulator lets you tune cooling to riding conditions - dial flow up in warm Florida water, dial down for cooler northern lakes. Every component is manufactured in-house at GT40Marine: heat-resistant reinforced hose, billet cover plate, stainless hose clamps, premium brass barb fitting, O-rings rated for marine immersion. Fits all 230HP and 300HP Sea-Doo models on the 1630 ACE platform.
