- Sea-Doo Rear Exhaust Outlet Kit
Tools required
- 8 mm / 10 mm / 13 mm sockets + ratchet, 3/8" drive
- T20 + T25 Torx drivers
- 4 mm + 5 mm hex (Allen) keys
- 1/4" drive torque wrench, 5–15 Nm range
- 2-3/4" hole saw (required — not supplied because most installers already own one; if needed, contact GT40 support for the specific spec)
- Hole saw arbor + pilot drill bit
- Center punch
- Drill (corded preferred for the hole saw cut, 1/2" chuck)

Works excellent and sounds amazing
Works excellent and sounds amazing! I was a little hesitant to not buy name-brand at first, but upon receiving the intake I was extremely impressed on the build quality. The intake is a one-piece molded unit that fits very well in my 2016 RXP. I have zero complaints and I love hearing the supercharger flutter when you let off the throttle. If you're not concerned about name brand this is the way to go.
