GT40Marine Sea-Doo 4-TEC Catch Can Oil Breather Kit

The GT40Marine Catch Can Kit stops oil-contaminated blow-by gases from re-entering the intake system on Sea-Doo 4-TEC supercharged models. The stock PCV system routes crankcase gases directly back to the intake manifold. Over time this coats the supercharger, intercooler, and intake with oil residue, reducing airflow and causing premature wear. This kit routes those gases to an external billet catch can that collects the oil mist. Empty it every 10-15 hours and the intake stays clean. Fits all Sea-Doo 4-TEC models with RS19050 breather fitting: RXP, RXP-X, RXT, RXT-X, GTX, GTX Limited from 2002 to 2025. Includes billet catch can, mounting hardware, and all hose fittings.
